Hi all,
I have a DELL laptop with W2K SP4 that gets BSOD every some days and the error that appears in the ventviewer is:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a
(0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x8041018d).

Could anyone help me to find the cause of that BSOD in the attached minidump files?

Thank you.
Regards.

Hi,

I'm using XP pro and you are using W2K. Microsoft does not provide symbolic map of your version of ntoskrnel. I cannot format the stack trace properly.

Suggestion
1. Over 70% of the problem is related to faulty ram. Run Memtest to stress test your memory.
2. Report the problem to Microsoft
3. Upgrade to W2K3. If it still crashes, attach the minidumps here.
4. Change the dump option from minidump to fulll memory dump. Install windbg and use windgb to produce the debug report of the full memory dump. Attach the debug report here.
