I have a Toshiba laptop that won't load up. It says " we apologize for the inconvenience , but windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have cause this "
It also shows me 5 modes I can choose from :
Safe mode
Safe mode with Networking
Safe mode with command prompt
Last Known Good Config
Start Windows Normally
When I select any of these modes , it just stays at the loading screen and doesn't do anything. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
