Lsass.exe error system shuts down in 60 seconds

  1. hi,

    im kinda abit of a newbie but have recently put new an new 160gb hard drive in my computer and installed windows xp, but when i reinstall my internet connection onto the computer i get an error message box shutting my system down in 60 secs only a few moments after going online, and it says its something to do with lsass.exe! Has any body got any ideas coz im desperatly stuck and ive tried reformatting and installing xp on my computer and same thing still happens?

    Not Loading Windows Desktop

    hi,

    im bhrigu have installed windows xp, desktop is not coming and after some timei get an message box "shutting my system down in 60 secs", and it says its something to do with lsass.exe! Has any body got any ideas coz im desperatly stuck and ive tried reformatting and installing xp on my computer and same thing still happens?
