Inactive McAfee not Updating

I brought The McAfee Total protection 2013 a week ago and installed it.
I am facing the following issue from today, "McAfee cannot update your software. Please check your internet connection. If the problem continues, please contact technical support".

I was using McAfee Total Security 2012 for past one year did not have any issues, So brought the new software a week ago and I am having some issues.

Since you bought McAfee I suggest you call their tech support.

This is solved.. I called the Tech support and got it fixed thank you...
