    Hello

    I keep getting the following error Mircosoft Visual C++ runtime error, windows won't load and my computer hangs at Please wait and the mouse crashes when I acknowledge the error it never gives me a file.

    I went into my problem reporting area and found the following;

    Harddrive or hardware error, or memory error. How old is your drive?

    The hardware and memmory is approxmiately 2 1/2 years old.
