Inactive Multiple bad image errors all the time

Hello,

I have been having this problem for quite some time now. But I have been able to avoid it by doing a system recovery, but it keeps returning.

I can't open a single thing in my computer without a bad image error popping up. and many of them pop up upon logging in

Please help
