Hi there! I've recently come into contact with some sort of Trojan virus or hijacker and I am in desperate need of fixing it. After working a long day yesterday I came home to find that my brother had been viewing his "manga" and had downloaded several toolbars. I had removed the toolbars because typically they're great at hiding viruses behind. I have even went into the program files to delete all instances of weird files, including PCDoctor and whatnot. Even after deleting all of these off-normal products, Iexplore.exe keeps continuing to pop up in the taskbar without me even opening Internet Explorer, and then the memory usage of it dramatically increases from 15,000kbps up to 2-3gigs. Which makes the computer slower and slower until it eventually crashes. The only temp solution I have found was to delete the process Explorer.exe and re-open it whenever I need to go to the desktop, but of course this re-opens the Iexplore.exe process along with 3-4 more of them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
