  1. I have 3 viruses that wont go away. I'm using Avast and they keep popping up even though I delete them. Ive used other anti virus and spyware programs but nothing works.

The three viruses are :Win32:Trojan-gen, VBS:Malware-gen and Win32:Agent-ZQG [Trj]

I used hijackthis v2.0.2 and this is my log file.

first you need to rename hijackthis to crusty
    C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe

also update SUPERAntiSpyware and run a full scan in safemode then post the log here.

download SDFix from the link below to your desktop then run it SDFix will create a folder in your C drive boot into safe mode and go to C:\SDFix and run --->RunThis.bat. Post the log it creates here. to boot into safe mode reboot computer and start tapping the F8 key until you get to a menu select safe mode. Please post a fresh hijackthis log after running the software

    go to this location

    C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe

and change HijackThis.exe to crusty then post a fresh log the reason is so that everything comes up and things don't hide

You are actively going through a malware cleaning process on another forum:
    http://www.bullguard.com/forum/10/Multiple-Viruses-please-help_63275.html

While you are free to post wherever you want, it's something that needs to be followed together, not going back an forth posting your logs. Thus isn't fair to the person who is trying to help you, nor is it the best way to go through a cleaning process.

    The culprit is this

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lphc9gwj0ep6p] C:\WINDOWS\system32\lphc9gwj0ep6p.exe

That's your virus. How to remove; they have special removal tools, see if you can find one that can fix your viruses. spybot or a top anti virus shuld find it and fix it, if not you need special tool removers,,, hope it works out. Make sure other files are not being infected. I would backup your stuff my friend, this doesn't look too good.

According to the logs you posted on the previously mentioned forum, the process was removed on 7/7 and you state:
"Hey the virus hasn't come up again...yet but here is my log file that you asked for:"
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lphc9gwj0ep6p] C:\WINDOWS\system32\lphc9gwj0ep6p.exe

Since this is from an infected screen saved, you should remove the screen saver also.

sorry for posting on multiple forums, I just really wanted to get this virus removed. Its gone now, I found out there were three files in my windows system32 folder. One was an .exe file and the other two were a screen saver and image file.
