My first build need guidance

Okay for the part where you said just install your browsers and other apps and a couple games.. one of the reasons i was asking for the HDD was basically so i wont and have them installed already and have the files present once the comp is done..? Cause i have all the Call of duty MW games and Bops.. the oldie CS games and Source.. etc.

And when i buy all this, what should i do with my Nvidia 9500 GT 1gb? (other then selling it).. is it possible to run both cards?
