My internet explorer can't find only 2 sites... won't load netflix or 1800flowers

I have ran all virus scans and spy-bot only detects dso exploit.

the error message i get is , that it can't find site...

i am using broadband connection... i dont know why only these two sites ..
netflix, and 1800flowers are not loading so far???

can anyone help?

I would suggest deleting cookies and temproary internet files.
