My LAN cable network is not working

Hello, I was installing my LAN network, and here is my configuration:
The modem goes to a Dlink router and from there goes like 50 meters to a dlink switch hub and then into one pc station.
The signal that the router gives me is fast blinking, but the signal that the switch shows is a long slow blinking, so, the signal seems to be corrupted somehow.
I checked all the cable connectors and they are fine because I made then all over from new
What could this be? The router? the switch?

You need to take the PC to the Modem and test there with a standard short cable
Then once confirmed working (a network reset possibly required) Then try going to the next part of the chain (to the router) and so on, until you find out which device or lead is the issue.
