I dropped my netbook onto a hard wooden floor and now the touchpad doesn't work. In retrospect I guess I should be grateful it still works at all, but I need the touchpad. It's a very small 10.1" Acer. Any ideas on how to mend?

have you any technical knowledge of computers if so you need to take it apart and have a look to see if your connector from your mother to your touchpad is not damaged in anyway if it is your may need either a new touch pad or connector.
