No this is a typical trump strategy. Delay, delay, delay, by way of lawsuit, then stiff his lawyers for their pay when he loses, which he typically does. I think his "election fraud cases", were dismissed in 60 out of 61 instances. and a great many were argued in front of either Republican judges, or those he himself appointed.

Going on memory here, but the one case tRUMP won was in my home state Pa. They wanted an extension to count the absentee ballots, but they were denied due to a court filing. But they still had their allotted time and worked to get them counted.
