Any suggestions or sites I could check?

Guess it needs to support 140W CPU/Socket AM2+
Thanks in advance, I'm having a heck of a time finding one.

how much are you willing to spend? First generation phenom? any am3 board would support it, they are pretty backwards compatible.

The trouble is finding a board that will supply a 140w to the CPU plus the CPU will only support DDR2 memory. Apparently there are only a few boards that were made to support it. I might be out of luck. I haven't seen any AM3 boards that will do that yet. I might call AMD just to see what they say.
