need help.. please

i replaced my motherboard then when i turn it on.. i can't login to windows anymore. i even tried logging to safe mode and login as administrator but i can't.. what should i do? do i need to repair or reinstall my OS by the way i'm using windows XP

What are your system specs?

Why did you change the mobo in the first place?

What was your old mobo?

What is happening exactly when you start your computer?

This subject has been brought up ad nauseam!
You do NOT replace a motherboard without also installing all new drivers for that new mobo. Reinstall/Repair Windows.
