Need Help w/ FPS WoW. New PC

Hi,
I play WoW. I am currently gettin 20 fps max, ive tried turning vsync off and AF all the way down and all settings down as well, still only 22 fps. I have a HP a6130n w/ an ati radeon x1300/1550 512/mb GC. 400 gb HD. And yes i have updated video drivers. Any opinions/tips would be appreciated.

I've heard some games run slower on Vista. Check this out https://www.techspot.com/vb/topic87821.html . Does anything else run slower or just WoW (Games, Programs ect.)?

what resolution are you in and what are the settings for graphics on?

As for your vid card it is a lower end card (lower than the 6600 gt so if you thought it was a high end card )
