need help with HJT log file

i need help finding a file thats causing a red circle with white x icon in the bottom right hand corner of windows. i've tried norton antivirus and spybot. they removed a bunch of stuff, but failed to get rid of or find what's causing the "your computer is infected" message. please help. i've attached a log file from hijack this. thanks.

Please read the first post in this forum: Read: Follow these instructions BEFORE posting your HJT log.

Make sure you follow step 2 all the way through. It has directions for using the SmitFraudFix.

After that post a new HJT log as an attachment.

Absolutely! It's a PSGuard infection that's causing that tray icon and message, and following the instructions linked to by the others in this thread WILL eliminate it.
