Hi keeshagillespie

I am not a mod, but
Welcome to

:grinthumb

When I arrived, one of the Mods welcomed me with these helpful hints.

You should read how to post a new thread in this Guide.

Before posting you should read all the Posting Guidelines.

To access technical support you may go to the Forums.

Many users like to post system specs in their Profile.
System Specs are always helpful when you seek support, (see the first two suggestions).
And helpers may ask that you post some of your specs in your thread.

You can access many other online TechSpot guides Here.

You have asked for help with Virus and Malware Removal.
Please observe that you posted in the wrong place to get that kind of attention.

I am not qualified to help you with Malware.
I am simply redirecting you so that you can get the help you need.

For Malware help at TechSpot please navigate to this Malware subforum... https://www.techspot.com/vb/menu28.html
Please read the stickies by Julio and Bobbye, found at the top...
Then, please follow carefully the eight steps found here... https://www.techspot.com/community/...lware-removal-preliminary-instructions.58138/
Before attaching your new logs to a new thread in that subforum.

Good Luck. and Enjoy your Stay :)

Thank you B00kWyrm! :wave:That is a nicest, most inclusive welcome anyone could want! keeshagillespie, please make note of the information and the links provided.

Did you run Malwarebytes? If so, please give the log. IF you didn't, please run and include log in next reply.

  • Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from from HERE and save to your desktop.
  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
    [o] Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    [o] Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform Quick scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.

I'll be reviewing your other logs while you do that.

Please do not use any other cleaning programs or scans while I'm helping you, unless I direct you to. Do not use a Registry cleaner or make any changes in the Registry.
