    OS: Vista Home Premium
    Processor: AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual core 4400+ 2.3Ghz
    Memory/RAM: 2GB
    Video Card: ATI x1200 (895mb shared)

    so i got this today, instaleld counter strike source, and a bunch of ppl were sayign i wont be able to run it decently..so i tried it, i can run it with everything on max settings with 80FPS average.. odd i no but its sweet

    I am surprised that it runs that will with that video card though. Looks like your biggest bottleneck on that machine for gaming.

    Glad you are happy with it. I'm not sure why people wouldn't think that could handle CSS though. CSS is not very hard on video cards.

    Looks like you have a decent setup though to add a more powerful video card to if you need in the future (unless of course we are talking about a notebook).

    Yeah, I was another who was wrong. I had forgotten that CS:S is demanding on the processor more than the GPU. In fact, I brought my frames up by 10fps by overclocking my cpu yesterday.
