New graphics card

[HDD123]

I need a graphic card to play games (like crysis, assasins creed, gears of war,rainbow six vegas 2) on mid-high settings and I only have a 950 intergrated video chip on my mobo. What graphics card can I get on a buget of $100 or less?

My specs
BIOSTAR 945GC-M7 TE Motherboard
Intel Pentium Duel core e5200 2.5ghz (overclocked to 2.63ghz)
2gigs ram
250 gig hard drive
500w thermaltake psu
