Attempt to access Google.com returned error: Other errors
Attempt to access Yahoo IP returned error: Other errors
Attempt to access Yahoo.com returned error: Other errors

Report your symptoms in Virus Removal !! This is complex to solve

First I've got 2 problems.
1: my wifi showed limited access. when I went to network and sharing center it showed : 'unknown' ; the dependency service or group failed to start.
2 : my action center showed that I have to enable my firewall when I tried to do that it showed 0x8007042c error. when I tried to do it manually it showed : error 1068 ; windows couldn't start the windows firewall service on local computer.

I did Microsoft safety scan nothing showed up but when I did farbar service scan, it showed that mpsSvc and bfe services are not running.

Then I installed "services repair" and it enabled my firewall.
But I still got no internet access message even its connected to the wifi.

I again did farbar service scan on,

**** End of log ****

To get rid of the 'unknown' ; the dependency service or group failed to start ; on network and sharing center I used Command Prompt ;

net localgroup administrators localservice /add
net localgroup administrators networkservice /add

System errors suggest need to run
  1. SFC /scannow
  2. netsh winsock reset

Hi I contacted my network providers and they said I should update my drivers. can someone help me with updating them manually ? thanks

Yes I did. when I scanned it said there are some faults and unable to fix them. everytime I try to access the logs on CBS folder it denies my access.

Netsh winsock reset was a success :)

1) get the entire path from c:\ ... to the CBS folder and report
2) any other errors?

Hi I got access to the log. shall I paste it here?

No errors except for that yellow triangle on my wifi.

No it wont work with ethernet cable either.

System :
Manufacturer : Sony electronic Inc.
Model : VAIO computer
Processor : Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50GHz
RAM : 6.00GB
System type : 64-bit operating system

It's very bothersome to see
"when I scanned it said there are some faults and unable to fix them. everytime I try to access the logs on CBS folder it denies my access."
this says there are permission problems.

You should know that to do these tests and to perform corrective actions, you need to be logged on as the Administrator

PLEASE HELP !! I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED THE WIRELESS NETWORK ADAPTER. I have the driver on my thumb driver. but I dont know how to reinstall it.

Plugin the USB thumbdrive to the failing system

click on Computer to find the drive letter assigned to the USB

dbl-click on the device to see the contents

explore and see what you have, eg foo.zip, foo.msu and report your findings

Hi I installed the new drivers. since I still can't access the Internet I called contacted my network provider and resetted the router settings. now it shows Limited access.
When I diagnosed it says : DHCP is not enabled for wireless network connection

Let's verify the settings; get a command prompt, run IPCONFIG /ALL >myTcp.txt, copy the content of myTcp.txt and paste it as next response
