Thats a good point. I havn't (and probably half the other folk) got a clue about military ranks. Is there another way we can do it?? Like using stars or something?? As in using 5 stars for Techspot Staff & elite and 1 star for a newbie...

I must say I like that we're using military ranks...

It's not to hard to find info about it, and I find it a bit "cooler" than having just stars...

And I can't think of anything else that'd suit this site better... We can't/shouldn't use a scale from newbie to guru, as postcount doesn't have anything to do with how much you know (and I think Phant would throw a fit if he was labeled "guru" )...

But then again, we've had this discussion before, and none of us managed to come up with any good ideas....

No need to discuss about the post count thing anymore, I believe they are better up although with a new scheme of user titles that I will work on this coming week.
