Those blue slots are PCI slots. Those are for expansion cards like modems, sound cards, additional USB connections, wireless adapters, etc., etc.

I'm not sure about the purpose of the jumpers on those pins. I'll guess that they need to be in place if you were to use the rear panel connectors for surround sound.

The red connector appears to be a USB connector from the front panel. Plug it into one of the USB headers. It's keyed (one corner pin is blank) so you can't install it wrong.

the thing is that... the red connector is not usb. it's firewire!

question... is there any thing that can make from usb hubs 2?
    like..
    1 usb hub=2
    like Y
.. hope you understand :D because i don't know the name for it..

Do you mean a "Y" connector or "Why" connector ? Also known as a "Splitter"
There are just about every connector you can possibly imagine, but sometimes impossible to find who sells them.

Although the connectors might physically fit, I don't think the firewire will work with the USB connectors.

I don't know if this is exactly what you had in mind but this USB bracket plugs into one of your two USB headers. Newegg example. I'm not saying you should necessarily get this particular model but this is the kind of thing you could get.
