Normal/yyy65 ads continue after many scans

I have come to you for help after 2 months of trying this on my own. I have Xcleaner, Ccleaner, AdAware SE and AOL's free McAfee installed on my computer. I run them each more than once daily. I have changed my settings to allow viewing hidden files and folders before scanning. I also scan in Safemode. Regardless, I keep getting hit with popups. Mostly from normal//65. When this all started, back in Sept, a member of my family did a Sys Recovery before cleaning out the Malware.
I won't pretend that I know much about computers so please bear with my ignorance.
I am not sure what information you need other than my HT log. I will post that now and hope it will suffice.

Try using Webroot's Spy Sweeper as well, then report your results.

No wonder you have popups! You use AOL! Get rid of it AOL is garbage!

Also you have the coolwebsearch virus.

use CWS shredder to get rid of it.
turn off system restore when removing viruses
