    It's my understanding that the ATI RS600ME is the integrated chipset...not the cpu. Quanta probably thought they could get away with an inferior cooling solution..or perhaps none at all?

    oh yea my bad, thats what i get for reading at 4 in the morning.
    Either way, its my guess that its BS. some laughable attempt to get some more money off of another lawsuit.
