Ntos.exe and braviax.exe HJT log included - help needed

  1. Hello,
I am expeciencing spyware (I guess) problems and would appreciate some help.
Two days ago I clicked on the attachment from a fake e-mail message from UPS. It was a zip file. Should have been an invoice. Instead resulted to be a trojan named braviax.exe. The PC rebooted by itself and got infected.
I scanned the entire system with AVG (free version that I update daily) and it found 8 threats (C:\windows\system32\braviax.exe + vaious Trojan HOrse Agents and Dowloaders). AVG moved them all to the vault. I tought the problem was solved.
Instead I scanned the pc again toady and another virus come up: C:\windows\system32\ntos.exe. Again moved to the vault.
I am afraid these viruses will keep coming back.
    What shall I do?
To what extent are they harmful? You might need to know that I use the pc for work and for internet banking (with a one-time passcode generator).

    Here is the HTJ log:

If I decide to clean (rather than reformat) what steps should I follow?
I tried to rboot my pc in safe mode but WIndows in safe mode seems not to recognize my password and does not let me in
