Hi I have a Dell Inspiron Mini 10 that does not have CDROM
Here is a link for the comp....dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/laptop-inspiron-10?c=ca&l=en&s=bsd&cs=cabsdt1

I am receiving an error code

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt
    <windows root>\system32]NTOSKRNL.EXE.
Please re-install a copy of the above file.

How can I just Remove the entire thing and put on a copy of Vista?

There is a way to install an OS using a USB Flash drive 4GB or larger. You can also try using an external USB CD/DVD Drive
