you have 22A on both 12v rails you should be fine on juice

I'm about out of ideas other than, like I said at the beginning, Heat causing it

yeah ive been doing that, at the moment its at 65C but says it should not experience any slowdown untill 115C

it also has a checked box for "notify me when this temp exceeds this threshold"
which it NEVER has making me think it has never got that hot?

When you put in under full load though the Temp will go up, i was curious how high it gets -> since your problem happens after gaming for a bit

ok i went on world of warcraft and ran about like a maniac, the temperature kept going up, last time i checked it was at 91 then the power problems popped up

i have just found that i have a molex to 6 pin gpu plug in my psu box, ive plugged this into a completely free chain which now only plowers the GPU, before 1 of the molexs connected was also powering everything else (althoguh the GPU was at the top)

i have no fans apart from the ones in the psu, gpu and ofcourse cpu
(i do have what is supposed to be the best cpu fan, Zalman 9700LED)

I would try removing the case cover and gaming to see if it still faults, if not you may just need a new case that can dissipate the heat

i uninstalled all drivers and installed some differnt drivers i havent used before from the nvidia site, i then found some updates for my motherboard

ran the nvidia stress test on the card for 10 mins, was fine. played WoW for about 40 mins and it was fine. however the card was reaching about 90C but there were no complaints

for the first time in about a month i wasnt inturrupted by that power indicator message. is the problem solved? is 90C to hot?

ah ok cool ill see what happens, out of intrest is it possible to remove/clean/apply new termal greece the fan?
