Nvidia RTX 4070 predicted to have $749 MSRP, AIB models closer to $799

I guess the idea is you can just cut prices if it doesn't sell, but it's harder to raise prices if it does sell. But that crypto bubble is gone and there could actually be consequences for this type of pricing without an external justification. But then again even if there was I assume Nvidia is big enough to just pay off politicians and get bailed out.

Lol dude I litteraly just found a RETAIL 6950xt for 700 bucks
nvidea isnt even hiding it anymore

Should be mentioned this is by spec basically a "4060" that SHOULD retail for $250. 4070 Ti is 30% faster and this would put the 4070 below a 3080 in performance. Imagine paying MORE than MSRP for a 3080 that released 2 years ago!

This is TRIPLE the price it should be per past generation precedent if we realize it's a 4060 (should be $250). We need a crash soon.
It's "triple" the price because apparently we now have triple the money we used to have those years ago. Or well, not all of us, just the governments who printed the extra money, the banks that received them and the online influencers.

I can do the math... a game on console is 70-80€ , the same game on pc is 0€ (yaaaaar), you pay the hardware more, but anything else is Free if you want ... so in the end, Pc gaming cost less...
Let's not say 0€ but 10-15€ when discounted on Steam. We all know here on what platforms we can find the CoD "cultists", spending thousands on "surprise mekanix"
