I tried playing on Ultra, very high and high but these seemed to lag a small bit, medium and low were good.
thx in advance :)

Resolution 1366 x 768
Medium preset
AA off
Shadows Low
Textures med or high.

Your graphics card is super-low-end. High quality just won't work for you. :(

This may be a bit too much even. Make sure you update to the latest 13.1 drivers and maybe you can scrape these settings out.

^-- Yeah, good point.

If it's still lagging, you're gonna have to play on Low.. although that's a big self-explanatory. Long-story-short, turn off all options.

Definitely turn off motion blur. Maybe you can ramp up the settings as soon as AMD releases 13.2 since it improves Far Cry 3 performance. But the problem is that AMD usually optimises higher end cards like >7750, they dont really focus on lower end cards. If anything, maybe a small increase, but the drivers for low end cards are usually bug fixes.

Gains are usually percentage based. So games where you're getting 100fps normally gain a lot of fps, but if you're using cards where you struggle to get 25fps you might have a hard time. :D
