Overclocking i5 760 with a H50 and Gigabyte P55-USB3

Hi, trying to overclock my i5 760 and have failed miserably so far,

I think the max i got it to so far is 3.6 Ghz, which was unstable then 3.4 Ghz which was actually ok but being really clever like i am, forgot the settings...

just need some help with the Base clock etc

anyone who has used similiar board and processor please tell me you settings...

3.8 Ghz would be max but 3.4 Ghz minimum, somewhere inbetween that plz
