P5N E SLI Problem

So i am hoping t get some help from here. I need some direction as to where i need to look for some answer or suggestions as to what forum to look at. So to start with we have the motheroard is a P5N E SLI When the computer is totally shut down and is restarted it has a series of beeps. When I restart the computer is just starts and there are no beeps. I need some help. Thanks
