Pacific Fighters - rts.dll

I have just purchased and installed Pacific Fighters. It will not run because it says it cannot locate the rts.dll file. I did a search on this website and found a posting from Jan that sent me to some mirror downloads on a space target site but the instructions I have don't match what I am seeing. I guess the mirrors may have changed since then. Does anyone else have any help in locating and replacing this file?

Hi,

I'm having the same problem as you with the dll file and I have an original disc. Can I ask how you overcame the problem? I'm new to this.
