PC Cillin and XP's virus/spyware protection or just PC Cillin?

I have PC Cillin on my XP. Should I disable XP's virus, firewall, etc.? Will they conflict with each other? Pc Cillin Seems to work fine on its own. Thanks.

If PC-Cillin has a firewall, then disable the XP-firewall. The XP one is no good anyway, it only stops incoming traffic.
If PC-C has NO firewall, then get a free one from e.g. www.sygate.com
XP has no built-in antivirus, so you can't disable that.

    Can't turn off windows firewall

Tried to turn off firewall and thought I did, but when I go to control panel to check it, it says it is still turned on. Any thoughts?

Take a look HERE for instructions on how to turn the XP firewall on or off.
