    Hey, I desperately need some help here.

    My PC keeps randomly restarting. I did not install anything recently and I don't know what might be causing this. It shows the blue screen of death for a half a second or so and then restarts.

    I managed to get an error code description and this is what it said:

    I also looked in the even viewer and found this message:

    And then there was this following event as well that seemed weird:

    So yeah.... I managed to get some attach some of the filedumps so hopefully this can shed some light on what is going on

    Thanks so much!

    The crashes are caused by RSC4USB.sys - INFO. See if you can update it.

    Also, you should only have one AV program installed.

    The avast! iAVS4 Control Service service entered the stopped state. <-- Avast.
    The AVG7 Update Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). <-- AVG.

    BugCheck 1000007F, {8, bab38d70, 0, 0}
    Probably caused by : RSC4USB.sys ( RSC4USB+175ce )

    How did you fixed it? I am having the same problem.

    You may have the same problem but it doesn't mean you have the same issues that cause your problem. We need more details and it would be good if you started your own thread and gave us your system specs.
