    This has happened twice, I can reformat and my DVD burner will work. But since a few days ago, now I can not burn a cd or dvd. It keeps saying to put in a blank dvd. Can anyone tell me where I can get the drivers for this device, not just the firmware? Or if anyone knows the steps to fix the registry?
