Please help - really bad zlob trojan!!!

I have gotten a Zlob trojan, which has disgiused itself as a toolbar for an antivirus program. It reset my homepage, which I cannot change, and put several icons in my toolbar which keep popping up with security alerts and cannot be exited or shutdown. The toolbar is Security Toolbar 7.1 and the icons send me to www.antivirgear.com, antispywear golden and systemdefender.com when right clicked upon. I ran AVG anti-spywear (ewido) and didn't come up with anything.

I read about SpyNoMore and it seems to be the only program which detects them, but I think the two sites are related. [Edit: Have confirmed that these are related, as the program prompts you to purchase, and sends you one of the three same sites.] I've removed similar trojans before, but this one is really difficult. Below is a HJT report, and I would appreciate any help or guidance anyone could offer.

Most of these issues are from 3rd party software people selling the software of somewhat legitimate companies. They use these spyware programs to infect than sell the program to you.

One of the best programs that I have seen that removes these is Spysweeper from http://www.webroot.com

I have used it for similar versions of zlob.

I beleive you can get a trial but it will not actually remove it until you purchase it. They might have changed it since though I hope.
