Please help - unidentifiable startup process

Hi

i was using the internet earlier when internet explorer went a bit wierd and wouldnt display pages properly while scrolling.
I left and than done a virus check and hade a poke around to make sure everything was okay.
so i ran msconfig and i saw the following in the startup processes.

It is the 8th in the list - had to do pic coz have no idea how to type this.

Havent used the computer since - if anybody can tell me what this is or if as i suspect it is virus how i can remove it than please reply.
