I have run Spybot, Adaware, Anti-Vir, etc and can't find what is on my system. I sometimes notice alot of activity on my cable modems data light but can't find where its coming from. I unplugged the modem to try and see if had virus, trojan, spyware and computer rebooted itself about 30secs after I unplugged modem. Also, when trying to do certain online scans, Micro-trends, PandaSoft., etc., the screen would go to a black screen and just lockup. I've attached Hijack this log. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If not, do them first.

Can't see much wrong with your system. Only thing: NEVER EVER trust ANY website.
In Safe Mode, run HJT standalone and let it "fix":
