  1. hello everyone,
i'm getting a problem with my windows 2000 where it reboots everytime i try to dialup to the net. this only happens when i do this. i tried everything - memtest, chkdsk, removing/reinstalling modem, cleaning memory/moving memory to diff slot - these still don't help.
    minidumps attached.

    much help is appreciated.
    thanx in adv.
