Possible rootkit hjt log

Hi, I had a badly infected machine with many forms of rouge anti malware and anti virus programs, I have attached a hijackthis and a combofix log
Also, combofix has detected a presence of rookits and has removed files associated with it


Also scanned with panda antirootkit with negative results
