Practically a virus breading ground, help please!

I would have wanted to come on better terms but...

I just got a problem after a sibling downloaded and ran an unknown program on my computer. Now I have a warning symbol constantly displaying "Critical System Errors!" I googled such a phrase and ended up here. For all I know, my computer could be bugged to explode.

I just recently downloaded and got the hang of HJT and the log is posted. Any help is 100% appreciated .

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as ATTACHMENTS into this thread, only after doing the above.
