Hi RomeoQ and welcome to the TechSpot Forum
Your HD has either failed, or it is unplugged from the board/power supply.
Hence windows install cant find it to install XP on.
Open the case and check for any loose leads around the Hard drive, reseat any cables you can find.
Turn on the PC and enter the BIOS and see if the HD is detected and shows in the BIOS.
Identify the drive maker and go to the website and download the test tools for the drive and run them.
