before anyone undoubtedly would ask.
I have a AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000 running at a core speed of 2.6ghz, i want to get it to 3.2ghz (yes i have proper cooling) but i go into BIOS and use the overclocking option (its called navigator overclocking utility or something) and it just gives me a whole bunch of voltages and an option containing "v6 tech engine" and v8 and v12 and such which i have NO clue what that is and a whole bunch of other statistics that i can change... can anyone with my parts tell me how to go about getting it to 3.2ghz? exact information would be nice and include pictures if you can but its not needed. I understand the risk i am taking here and have taken precautions so dont worry about me killing my computer.

that is not the question my friend, i just need to figure out how to do this... and if thats too large then 3.0ghz, if thats too big then i dont care, i will take care of it myself as i always manage.
