Random crashing and restarts

I just recently started having this issue in Windows XP

My computer will randomly crash and restart itself. Each time it has done this, I have been doing something different. One time, I wasn't doing anything.

After it restarts, an error report comes up. The error details are:

BCCode : 20 BCP1 : 85D0CB48 BCP2 : FFFFFFFF BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 768_1

What is causing these crashes and how do I fix it?

Turn off the auto reset. Right click on My computers. Go to properties. Go to Advance and then go to Startup and recovery. Turn off the auto resets.

When it crashes again write down the error and the file if any.

It is known problem at Windows 2003 . Maybe XP SP3 has the same probelm as well. Refer the following url

ok....it crashed again. Here is what it said:

the stop error was:

I tried the solution suggested in the link so maybe that will do it

If not, I will post here again when it crashes

Ok.....it was working perfectly until just now

I had the same stop error that I have had before.

Any other suggestions?
