Random Modem disconnection

ok im 14 and my internet keeps randomly disconnecting i need some help from pros i have Eathlink DSL my modem is ZyXEL p-600 series, i have a lynksys router wrt54g when ever im downloading something or playing my 360 on live i keep getting randomly disconnected is it my modem, router, service, or phone cable i dont know why it does it maybe its the modem settings or the modem just sucks really bad and i need a fix.

This could be a million reasons...it could be a local problem with your line or a fault with your modem,router or lead. Are you connected by usb? That's a very common problem.

no all my computers are directly connected to router exept my laptop which is wirless i also have an xbox 360 but it is directly connected
