Random resets

My pc decides to reset itself every 15 minutes, as you can imagine this is getting on my tits.

It isnt a blue screen crash, and my computer is not set to auto-reset at a system failure. I've updated gfx drivers and uninstalled some others. I've checked inside the case to make sure there are no loose connections, and it is not an over heating problem, GPU and CPU stay at around 45 degress.

Also, which i find confusing that the intervals between the resets decrease during the day.

I'm thinking a PSU problem.

Just checking, but are those temps load, or idle? Idle temps don't mean much... 45C idle temp for a 9600gt sounds suspiciously low.
