The System :
Windows XP Pro, All Latest Updates (Except Exloper 8)
Dell Vostro 410
intel E7300 processor
Dual In-Line Memory Module 1GB, 800
On board graphics, 256MB
Built 12/2008

This system restarts several times a day now and is pretty regular at around 9AM in the morning. The event is always 1003 and mini dumps as follows:

Event ID: 1003, Category: 102, Source: system error

Mini Dump attached, plus an image of the system error. I've tried several diagnostic tools (memtest, etc), updated all drivers. Can't figure out what is causing this. Any help?

Dave

The driver cited as the cause of your crashes is awvid5.dll which belongs to thye software pcAnywhere.

Do you have Norton installed?

In researching these two have the tendency to conflict. The issue may be with your Norton. By the way pcAnywhere appears to be part of Symantec/Norton.
