I am right there with ya.
A lot of the time I have to Deal with DELL Computer Corporatioin, and Oh don't even get me started on them.
Here is another funny( ok funny to me) story.
So I am the phone with Dell, and I am talkin to the guy and I give him a service tag number and all of my info and he says how can I help you.
I said. The power supply fan has gone out and I need one of your guys to either send a new Power Supply out or come by and replace it.( since it is under warrranty)
The tech guy said, well mam, we need to test that before we send out a new part.
I said test it!!! There is nothing to test, the fan is not moving!
He says, we we still need to test it.
I said, um dude, ther is nothing to test. The fan is not going in a 360 degree direction which is nessicary for proper cooling!
( at this time I was kind irritated, cause this call had already been going on too long!)
He said well mam we need to test it. ( every vaine in my forhead poping out at this point!!!!!)
I said Man listen, I know you are doing your job, and you do need to test things, but in this case there is nothing to test. The computer is up and running, the guy is working fine, but the pc is not getting cooled off properly. Now send a tech out here and fix the part that is under warranty, or let me talk to your supervisor?
He said, Yes Mam', we will get that shipped out to you tonight, can I have your address??
HAHA, I know he was following directions, but sometimes your schpill just dosent work. That and the other fact that everytime you call DELL, you never get a human, or you get transferred about 10 times before you talk to some one.
Then when you do get someone, you get someone that is from another country, and you can barley understand them..... No offense, but accents tend to be tricky!
o
I guess since I am from the south, I have no room to talk, but at least I don't sound like a hick!! rotflmbo( rolling on the floor laughing my butt off)
haha!!
Anyways, that's my story and I am stickin to it
