Inactive Really need your help!

Hi!

I've just updated my windows, then i ran a scheduled full system scan in my pc. but during the hidden items scan, it suddenly stucked up in C:\Windows\System32\Shell32.dll @ 62.5% of total scan. I waited because i thought it's ok. but i have already waited for almost an hour but it's still stucked in 62.5% in shell32.dll file. i haven't done the pc full scan lately. i posted here coz i am hoping you could help me!

and more importantly, i always got this BSOD, that's why sometimes i can't finish the full scan.
